What can I expect during my first visit?
You can expect to spend some time going over your medical history, sharing your reason(s) for seeking treatment and reviewing your posture. You will receive a one-on-one individualized JFB-MFR session in a quiet, private treatment room. All information you share with Flow Advanced Myofascial Release Center will be strictly confidential.
Do I need a doctors referral to see you?
No. In some cases, bodywork may be contraindicated and a referral from your primary care provider may be required prior to your session.
Do you participate with insurance plans?
Flow Advanced Myofascial Release Center does not participate or file with any insurance plans. However, an invoice identifying the CPT code (97140) for Myofascial Release Therapy and proof of payment will be provided for all patients
to submit for reimbursement.
How much do your services cost and will my insurance provider pay for them?
An initial 75-90 minute visit (evaluation and treatment) costs $150. Follow-up sessions are 60 minutes in duration and are $100. Typically, insurance providers do not pay for bodywork; however, some policies may offer this benefit. It is the patients responsibility to contact their insurance company for plan benefits. Be sure to inform them that your MFR treatments will be facilitated by a Licensed Massage Therapist.
What forms of payment to you accept?
Flow Advanced Myofascial Release Center accepts cash, check, MasterCard and VISA as forms of payment for all services and supplies. We are unable to accept post-dated checks and there is a $25 service charge for all checks returned for Insufficient Funds.
